Church Ministry Leaders

C.S.O.T. Becoming Ministry (Certain Sound of the Trumpet)

To be ministers of the gospel who are committed to Christ-centered preaching with conviction for the Word of God and consistency in living the Word of God.

Christian Becoming Ministry

To help facilitate the spiritual education and maturation of the members of the body of Christ; to impart the wisdom of God through the Holy Scriptures for Christian doctrine, admonition, improvement, and holiness; and to ensure that each believer is prepared and equipped to do the work of ministry.

Church Marketing Ministry

To work closely with all ministry leaders in the creation of all marketing materials for the purpose of promoting the church and any special ministry programs.

Deacon Ministry

Finance Ministry

To provide budgeting and financial reporting in order to ensure that contributions and other sources of church income are used in the most efficient way possible, to keep close track of the church’s finances, and to receive and disburse the resources that God has provided in an appropriate manner.

G.R.E.A.T. Ministry (Gaining Resources Empowerment Achievement Training)

To empower participants to move forward with confidence, courage, commitment, and a Christ-centered focus, as they strive to fulfill their God ordained purpose in life.

H-3 Becoming Ministry (Health/Healing/Heart)

To promote wellness and increased physical activity through health seminars, training, and educating God’s people on how to live a healthy life.

Youth & Children Becoming Ministry

To partner with parents in the spiritual education of youth and children in teaching them the foundation of the Christian faith and how to apply principles learned for life.

W.O.R.T.H. Becoming Ministry (Women)

To provide an opportunity for women to build relationships through in-depth bible study, prayer, support, encouragement, and nurturing.

V.A.L.O.R. Becoming Ministry (Men)

To bring men into an enlightenment of the presence, the character, and the power of God while challenging them to be committed to a relationship with God, a relationship with family, a relationship with other Christian men, and a relationship with the Word of God.

Kitchen Ministry

To serve nutritious meals to our church and others in an orderly, safe, and sanitary manner, ensuring that no one is left hungry.

Leadership Becoming Ministry

Through representation of all areas of the congregation, ensure that the church participates in a well-balanced and purpose driven ministry through various ministry channels.

L.A.L. Becoming Ministry (Life After Loss)

To offer emotional, spiritual, and physical support to all who attend who are grieving the loss of a loved one, a job, a reputation, or whatever type of loss that may be experienced.

Usher Ministry

To maintain order during all services by attending to the needs of the congregation and ministers.

Trustee Ministry

To work in partnership with Finance Ministry, church staff, and all church leaders to ensure proper maintenance and repairs of church property, procurement of goods and services for the church.

Singing Ministry

To lead in musical praise and worship in an effort to create an atmosphere that is conducive to Holy Spirit prompted praise.

Media Ministry

To operate the church’s video and audio equipment to record all worship and singing services in a quality manner for the glory of God.

Church Team Leaders

Baptismal Team

To ensure the provision of appropriate, well-maintained facilities, equipment, and materials necessary for baptism and to assist the candidates in preparing for their baptism.

Calendar Team

To work constructively and efficiently to produce a yearly church calendar that imparts weekly services, important dates, events, and special services.

Editorial Team

To review and edit church documents - highlighting inconsistencies, spelling errors, omitted words, typos, grammar, punctuation, and correct format.

Lord’s Supper Team

To set up and oversee the observance of the Lord's Supper on first Sunday morning service.

Prayer Team

To pray for the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of the church body and beyond and to promote prayer within the life of the church through education on the importance and power of intercessory prayer.

Scholarship Team

To provide scholarships annually that are in accordance with the designated requirements to all TMBC members pursuing higher education as a full-time college student.

Transportation/Parking Team

To assist a safe entrance and departure for all attending service by helping any attendee to and from their cars, providing valet and wheelchair service, and coverage during inclement weather.

Welcome Team

To be hospitable and gracious, knowledgeable of church facilities, give good directions, and guide visitors through the church facilities.
